Cancellation Policy: At Matt and Jake LLC., we are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining a fair schedule for all our clients and participants in our programs.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A $97mo subscription is required to secure your spot in any training or program. This is non-refundable.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours: A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of a scheduled session.
Cancellation After Reschedule Policy: If a session is rescheduled one or more times and then canceled, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
No-Call, No-Show Policy: Failing to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiting the full session fee.
Emergencies happen, so we encourage participants to contact us as soon as possible to adjust appointments. By booking, you agree to these terms.
